 Who is allowed to join choir?

Any one is allowed to join choir! No previous signing experience is necessary. 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students can join at the beginning of any school year.

How do I join choir?

Students who are interested in joining choir need to see Mrs. O'Hara or Mr. Woodall to have choir added to their class schedule. 

Who is the choir director?

Mrs. O'Hara is the director of the GMS Choir Programs.

How often does choir meet?

Choir is a related arts and meets during the school day, just like all other classes. Each grade level choir meets for 45 minutes. 

In what kinds of activities does the choir participate?

The GMS Choir puts on public performances, travels to elementary schools to recruit upcoming students, takes field trips to places such as the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, and a yearly fundraiser.
