Mrs. Trelstad grew up in Robertson County where she attended school in the Springfield cluster. She graduated from Springfield High School in 1997 then began her postsecondary education at Tennessee Technological University. She graduated from TTU in December of 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies – Several Subjects 1-8 with a concentration in Middle Grades Education. Mrs. Trelstad began her teaching career at Jo Byrns High School in January of 2001, teaching 6th grade math. A few years later she found her passion when she began teaching 8th grade reading.

In 2007 Mrs. Trelstad made the decision to return to school to earn her master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2009 with this degree. Mrs. Trelstad taught in the middle school at JBHS for 12 years before moving up to the high school to teach English. After teaching high school for 3 years, she moved into the position of assistant principal in the fall of 2015. In the summer of 2022, Mrs. Trelstad joined the Greenbrier Middle School family in her role as principal. In her free time, Mrs. Trelstad enjoys traveling, watching scary movies, shopping for bargains, and spending time with friends and family. 

Mrs. Wright grew up in the Coopertown area of Robertson County and is a graduate of Springfield High School. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Austin Peay State University and has 17 years of experience in education, including the past three years as an assistant principal at Greenbrier Middle School.

She is passionate about students and is committed to making sure each one feels loved, supported, and challenged to be the best version of themselves. She believes strong relationships within the school and community are key to helping students succeed.

Mrs. Wright lives in Cedar Hill with her husband and two children. Outside of school, she enjoys hiking with her family, playing board games, visiting waterparks, and reading a good book.
