The Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) public school funding formula marks a significant change in how Tennessee invests in public education. The TISA funding formula updates the way Tennessee funds public education for the first time in over 30 years to empower each student to read proficiently by third grade, prepare each high school graduate for postsecondary success, and provide resources needed for all students to ensure they succeed.

Springfield High School is celebrating a historic homecoming week this week as they celebrate their 125th year of education in Robertson County.
On October 24, 2024, GMS will be hosting our Fall Festival from 5:30-7:30. We will be having trunk or treat, food truck vendors, and other activities and treats. In order to support our trunk or treat, we would like to ask for donations of bags of candy. If you are willing to donate a bag or more of candy for this event, you can begin sending this in from now until the day of the event. We are requesting that you send only bagged candy, and nothing homemade or unpackaged.
Congratulations to Mrs. Hanna Davis for being selected as the Tennessee School Board Association Mid-Cumberland Region Volunteer of the Year for the 2023-2024 school year.
